Refund Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Subscription fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each period (monthly or yearly) and are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
14-day satisfaction window
If you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time and decide within 14 days that Menendez Performance OS™ isn't the right fit, contact us at support@menendezos.com and we'll refund your first payment in full.
EU / UK statutory rights
If you reside in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law. By starting to use a paid feature during this window, you may waive this right for digital services already supplied — we'll always honour applicable statutory protections.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice, charged after canceling, or charged in error, email support@menendezos.com with your receipt. We'll investigate and refund verified errors within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@menendezos.com from the address on your account with the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
