1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Menendez Performance OS™ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You will not abuse, reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to harm others. You will not upload unlawful content.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from inside the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. AI outputs
The Service uses AI models and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. AI output is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software and branding, is owned by Menendez Performance OS™. You retain ownership of the content you enter.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
