1. What we collect
Account data (email, name), content you enter (plans, journals, reviews), and basic usage telemetry needed to operate the Service.
2. How we use it
To run, secure, and improve the Service, to power the AI features you trigger, and to support your account. We do not sell your data.
3. AI processing
When you use AI features, the relevant prompt content is sent to our AI provider(s) under contractual confidentiality terms. Your content is not used to train third-party foundation models.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored on our managed cloud backend with row-level security, so each user only accesses their own records. Connections are encrypted in transit.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, auth, AI, payments) under data-processing agreements, or when required by law.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from inside the app, or by contacting support.
7. Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for a short window after closure to handle refunds and disputes, then delete it.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage required for authentication and the app to function.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will announce material changes in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
